Orders will usually begin processing within 48 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will typically ship within 3 business days - pending stock availability.
You will be emailed when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 2:00pm CST will not begin processing until the following business day.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. A separate box should be used to ship shoes with the original shoebox inside. The original shoebox should be free of damage and postal labels. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
